How much caffeine is in Berzerker Brew?

There's 350 mg of caffeine in total; 200 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous and 150 mg of Di-Caffeine Malate.

How should I take Berzerker Brew?

Berzerker Brew is best consumed with 8-12 oz of cold water 15-30 minutes before working out. Taking a rest day? We recommend taking half a scoop on those days you just need a boost.
